Blocks are used bring the ground up to you to make poses accessible and increase stability.

Measuring 23cm x 13cm x 8 cm and weighing 0.75 kg for a set of two.

The best way to clean blocks mats is to wipe them with vinegar and water and air dry in the shade as direct sunlight can make them brittle.
