These yoga blankets are an extremely versatile yoga prop made from 50 percent cotton it provides weight and heat in meditation and savasana. Blankets also provide padding for knees in kneeling poses, or can be used for shoulder stands, and added to bolsters or blocks as required for additional comfort or height.

Measurements 1.5m wide x 2m long weight 1.65kg

Wash separately in cold water on gentle cycle (washing machine). Do not bleach. Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry in shade. Do not iron, steam or dry clean.
