Common Questions

See some common questions and answers below:

  • Arriving:

We ask that you aim to come to class 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to ensure you have enough time to park, use a restroom, change or sign into the class if required.  If a facilitator is coming to your home they will do the same.

  • What to wear:

Comfortable clothes e.g a loose fitting t-shirt or singlet and pants that you can easily move in (for example: lifting your arms above your head, bending, twisting, sitting or lying down). Shoes are not worn during yoga or in a yoga room, however socks with grip can be worn on the mats.

  • What to bring:

If you have your own mat, towel or water bottle we welcome you to bring it along.

All props required will be supplied for each class.

  • Other Considerations For Your Class:

We ask you to consider arriving showered and in fresh clothes.

We reccomend not eating a heavy meal before class.

Staying hydrated throughout the day prior to a class is also important but you may also want to bring a water bottle with you.

We ask wherever possible to have your mobile phone on silent to avoid disturbing the class.

We also ask that you let us know if you need to leave early so we can minimise distraction to the class.
