AUD $ 3500 per person total package cost. Early Bird cost $3000 if paid in full by end of June 2025. You may also wish to discuss any vaccinations or personal medical travel considerations with your health care provider.
To make this trip as smooth and relaxing as possible we ask you to arrive on the 22nd of September to settle in, explore the resort and meet your fellow yogis. There are a few flights arriving between 6-10pm local time which would be too late for the 4-hour airport transfer trip to the resort so you may want to factor in a night at the airport or similar to arrive the day before (21 September). For the return home flight please allow for international check-in times and the 4-hour airport transfer. Our preferred travel provider is Flight Centre 133 133 to support your flights, insurances and visa requirements. The Canberra office is available on (02) 62214900.

- Airport Transfers to and from, Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (near Denpasar) with assisted checking by resort staff 2 cars will run from the airport which is about 4 hours away from the resort.

Bali Retreat Itinerary (a guide so you know what to expect):
22 September - arrive and travel to resort, orientation yourself to your room and resort, settle in, welcome dinner and getting to know your fellow retreat members and create the opening circle. Q&A time and outline of daily timings.
23 September - retreat begins, morning yoga, breakfast, cooking workshop and lunch, free time in the afternoon to make use of the resort amenities (enjoy a massage or use of the sauna, steam bath or cold plunge pool) or take a dip in the pool or relax in a hammock and take in the bird songs. Dinner followed by sound bath or Yoga Nidra before bed.
24 September - morning yoga, breakfast, sarong workshop with lunch included, free time in the afternoon or optional visit to beach or make use of the resort amenities, dinner followed by sound bath and cacao ceremony.
25 September - morning yoga, breakfast followed by a half day excursion to waterfalls and Buddhist Temple (lunch included). Free time in the afternoon to make use of amenities. Yin or restorative yoga session, dinner and workshop on intention setting
26 September - morning yoga, breakfast, workshop, lunch, free time to make use of the amenities, dinner, Yoga Nidra before bed.
27 September - last full day of retreat - morning yoga, breakfast, meditation session in stunning location, lunch, free time to make use of amenities, yoga, dinner, closing circle ceremony.
28 September - Breakfast and farewells, gift bags, travel back to airport to journey home or to your next adventure! (if you are wanting to extend your stay at the resort after the retreat you can if you let them know early)

Arrive Friday evening from 5pm, departing Sunday afternoon from 3pm. Allow approximately 45-minute drive from Canberra.
