What to Expect: A Sneak Peek Into Our Retreat Itinerary


Our
Bali yoga retreat is designed to be a rejuvenating and transformative experience. After arriving on September 22, the retreat begins with a welcome dinner and an opening circle to set intentions for the retreat. Each morning begins with an energising yoga session and guided meditation, followed by nourishing meals made from fresh, organic ingredients. Workshops cover topics such as mindfulness, yoga philosophy, and holistic healing, while afternoons offer free time to explore the resort, relax in nature, or enjoy spa treatments.


Excursions are carefully curated to enhance the retreat experience. Guests will visit sacred waterfalls, participate in traditional Balinese ceremonies, and enjoy a half-day trip to a Buddhist temple. Evenings are dedicated to restorative yoga, sound baths, and cacao ceremonies, creating space for deep relaxation and inner connection. The retreat concludes with a closing circle and a farewell breakfast on September 28, leaving participants feeling refreshed, inspired, and deeply connected to themselves.
